The
HCGS Query Submission Policy
Submissions are available to and can be
made by both Members and Non-Members. Each submission must
be 30 words or less and must show some sort of genealogical
connection to Hamilton County, Ohio. Also please do not
submit surnames in UPPERCASE letters!
MEMBERS: As a membership benefit, Chapter Members may submit
an unlimited number of queries or surnames as long as space
allows to The Tracer
for free. Members may make submissions either by postal mail
or by e-mail using the forms online. Click here for

NON-MEMBERS: Non-Members may submit an unlimited number of
queries as long as space allows to
The Tracer for a
nominal fee. All Non-Member query submissions must be made
through the postal mail. Non-Member submissions to The
Tracer are $3.00 for each query and includes a copy of
the issue in which the query appears.
Non-Members: PAYMENTS IN FULL MUST ACCOMPANY EACH QUERY UPON
SUBMISSION. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: HAMILTON COUNTY
GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY.
