Member Discount Program:
We offer a 20 percent discount for members only – the Member Discount Program - on all Hamilton County Genealogical Society publications for sale here in our online store, including books, PDFs, and CD/DVDs. In order for the member discount to be applied to your purchase you must first log into the Members Area, then return here to the Shop & Support store. The discount will then be applied automatically to all publications you purchase. If you would like to become a member see our Join or Renew page.
HCGS books published by Little Miami Publishing Company and Heritage Books are not available in the HCGS Store. Member discounts are also not available. Here are lists of the publications for sale by these publishers and links to their websites. The books include burial, marriage, death, baptism, and other Hamilton County records:

Instructions for online purchasing:
To purchase items, click the corresponding "Add to Cart" button next to each item. Then on the resultant Order Information screen you can proceed to "Checkout," click "Continue Shopping" to return to the HCGS shop and add more items to your cart, or "Empty Cart" to remove all selected items and start over. If you Continue Shopping a "View Cart/Checkout" appears on the top right of the shop page.
To view items in your online cart, click "View Cart."
To remove one item from your online cart, click the "View Cart" button (located at the top of this web page) which will again open to the Order Information page. Next to the specific item to remove, click the link "Remove Item". Then proceed to "Checkout," or click "Continue Shopping" to return to the HCGS shop and add more items to your cart.
To remove all items from your online cart, click the "View Cart" button, then click "Empty Cart".
After clicking on Checkout you will see the Payment Method is "Credit Card / Paypal".
Then click on Place Order after which you can print your Order Confirmation.
Finally, be sure to click on the Buy Now button after printing your Order Confirmation.

This index contains the names of over 6,000 Roman Catholic marriages, and 7,500 burials recorded in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati prior to December 1869. Baptisms prior to December 1869 were published in separate publications.
The present archdiocese is in the western and southwestern portion of the State of Ohio. The source material for this work is the microfilm copies of original sacramental registers which were kept by the individual parish churches and are stored at the Archives of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
This index contains marriage, and burial records of all existing Roman Catholic Churches in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati except for Hamilton County, Ohio, which is covered in a separate set of publications.
Early records from the town of Minster, Ohio, in Auglaize County list the place of origin in Germany for many of the founding families. This information has been extracted as a separate list and is included in the introduction to the publication.
